Cardholder’s are contacting me, saying that they are not receiving their 3 free ATM transactions per month ($3 CARD.com fees), despite depositing over $800. I should refund them right?

Cardholder’s are only eligible for the 3 waived ATM fees, and free monthly maintenance fees, if they had over $800 of Direct Deposits the in the last 30 days. If a customer signed up on Jan 1st, and deposited $900 on Jan 2nd, they would not be eligible for the waived fees until February 2nd. After that date, a customer would have a case, considering they had over $800 in Deposits in the past 30 days.
