If a cardholder sets up direct deposit on their original card, and they close that card, and order a new one, where do the direct deposits go?

If a customer has direct deposit set up with us, there is a seperate account that is set up for them, to protect their interests. Even if they do not currently have a card activated, their money is safe and will go into that account. Once they activate their new card, they will be able to see the funds that have been deposited, and will be able to access them with that card. Until they activate their new card, they will not be able to see the funds.
